Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Vega Ventures Ltd collects when you visit vegaventuresltd.com or register for early access to one of our programmes. It also explains why we use that data and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
Vega Ventures Ltd ("Vega Ventures", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We run the programmes presented on this website: Integrated Chronobionics, Lumina Health, NeuroTrace and TendonForge.

We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Maltese Data Protection Act (Cap. 586). Where UK visitors are concerned we also apply the UK GDPR.
2. Data we collect
Data you give us
When you complete the Join Early Access form we collect:
- first name and surname
- email address
- phone number
- country and city
- the programmes you are interested in
- how you heard about us
If you email or call us we also keep the content of that conversation and your contact details.
Data collected automatically
When you browse the website we and our partners may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on pages and the website or advert that brought you here (including campaign parameters in the link). Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, only where you have agreed to them. See Cookies and tracking.
3. Health information
The early access form does not ask for any health information. Please do not include medical details in the form or in your first emails to us.
Our programmes involve blood, saliva and other biomarker testing. If you later decide to take part in a programme, any health data will be collected and processed under a separate programme privacy notice and with your explicit consent, as required for special category data under Article 9 GDPR. You will receive that notice before any sample is collected.
4. How we use your data
We only use your data for clear purposes and each one has a legal basis under the GDPR:

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. When data is transferred there we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
8. How long we keep data
- Early access registrations: up to [24 months] after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them
- Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe
- Emails and enquiries: up to [24 months] after the conversation ends
- Records we must keep by law: for the period the law requires
When data is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data
- restrict how we use your data
- receive your data in a portable format
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests or for direct marketing
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before
To use any of these rights email info@vegaventuresltd.com. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Malta this is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC). You can also contact the authority in the country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to form entries and regular software updates. No online system is completely secure, so if you think your data has been put at risk please contact us straight away.
11. Children
Our website and programmes are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If the changes are significant we will tell you by email or through a notice on the website.
